It does not cover material defects (which are covered by manufacturer warranties) or damage from external causes.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us by phone at +1 (201) 580-8255 or email within 30 days of discovering an issue. We'll schedule an inspection to assess the problem. If it's covered under warranty, we'll repair it at no charge. We aim to respond within 48 hours and schedule repairs within 2 weeks.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
Yes, our workmanship warranty transfers to new homeowners. Simply provide the new owner with your original contract and completion documentation. They can contact us to update our records.
What maintenance is required to keep the warranty valid?
We provide care instructions with every project. Basic requirements include: cleaning with appropriate products, resealing natural stone and grout as recommended, addressing minor repairs promptly, and not using abrasive or acidic cleaners on stone.
What about manufacturer warranties on materials?
Materials carry separate manufacturer warranties that typically range from 5-25 years depending on the product. We provide all manufacturer warranty information and documentation at project completion. We can assist with manufacturer warranty claims.
What if there's a problem after the warranty expires?
