By engaging Tile Stone and Bath for services or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and our company. Please read them carefully before requesting an estimate or signing a project contract.

Services & Estimates

  • All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Final project costs may vary based on site conditions discovered during work
  • Estimates include labor, materials, and standard installation unless otherwise noted
  • Additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately before proceeding
  • Written contracts will be provided for all projects before work begins

Project Scheduling

  • Project start dates are scheduled based on material availability and current workload
  • We will communicate any delays as soon as they are known
  • Weather conditions may affect outdoor installation timelines
  • Access to the work area must be provided during scheduled work hours
  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance when possible

Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required to secure your project on our schedule
  • Progress payments may be required for larger projects as outlined in your contract
  • Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the project
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Financing options are available for qualified customers

Warranty & Guarantees

  • We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on all installations
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and are passed through to the customer
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Warranty claims should be reported within 30 days of discovering an issue
  • We stand behind our work and will address any legitimate concerns promptly

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate information is provided during the estimate process
  • Clear the work area of personal items before installation begins
  • Provide access to electricity and water as needed for the project
  • Notify us of any known issues with the property that may affect installation
  • Review and approve material selections before ordering

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the contracted services
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed before work begins
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control do not constitute breach of contract
  • Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation
  • New Jersey state law governs these terms and any related disputes

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any written project contract, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tile Stone and Bath. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific project contract, the project contract shall prevail for that particular engagement.
