1What warranty do you offer on your work?
We provide a comprehensive 10-year warranty on all installation workmanship. This covers defects in installation technique, proper adhesion, waterproofing integrity, and grout work. The warranty is transferable to new homeowners, adding value to your property. We stand behind our work with confidence.
2What about material warranties?
Material warranties come from manufacturers and vary by product. Typical warranties: porcelain/ceramic tile (lifetime), natural stone (varies), fixtures (1-5 years), waterproofing membranes (lifetime when installed by certified installers). We provide warranty documentation for all materials and can assist with claims.
3Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, fully licensed and insured. We hold New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor License #13VH13577700. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request and provided to condo/co-op buildings as required.
4What if something goes wrong after the project?
Contact us immediately - we're responsive and accountable. For warranty issues, we'll inspect and repair at no charge. For accidental damage, we can often help with repairs (standard service rates apply). We keep detailed records of your project including material specifications for future reference.
5Do you offer maintenance services?
Yes, we offer maintenance services including grout cleaning and resealing, stone polishing and restoration, caulk replacement, loose tile repair, and general inspections. Regular maintenance extends the life of your installation. We can set up annual maintenance reminders for you.
6How do I submit a warranty claim?
Contact us by phone or email with your project details (we keep records by address). Describe the issue and include photos if possible. We'll schedule an inspection at your convenience. Valid warranty claims are repaired promptly at no charge. We aim to resolve issues within 2 weeks of reporting.
7What voids the warranty?
Warranty exclusions include: damage from misuse, negligence, or accidents; alterations by others; failure to follow care instructions; structural movement or settling; acts of nature; and normal wear and tear. Using improper cleaning products on natural stone may void that portion of coverage.
8Do you guarantee your completion dates?
We provide realistic timelines and work diligently to meet them. While we can't guarantee against unforeseen circumstances (material delays, hidden conditions, weather), we communicate proactively about any changes. For projects with hard deadlines (events, closings), we discuss contingencies upfront.
9Can I get references from past clients?
Absolutely. We're proud of our work and happy to provide references from recent projects similar to yours. We also have reviews on Google, Yelp, and Houzz. Our portfolio shows completed projects with photos. We believe our work speaks for itself.
10What certifications do your installers have?
Our team includes NTCA (National Tile Contractors Association) members, Certified Tile Installers (CTI), and specialists certified in waterproofing systems (Schluter, LATICRETE). We maintain EPA Lead-Safe certification for work in older homes. Continuous training keeps us current with best practices.
11How do you handle customer complaints?

12Do you offer emergency repair services?
