How big does a steam shower need to be?
A steam shower can be as small as a standard shower (3x3 feet). The steam generator size is calculated based on the cubic footage and materials used in your shower.
Where does the steam generator go?
The generator can be installed up to 25-60 feet away from the shower, typically in a vanity cabinet, closet, basement, or heated attic space. We help determine the best location.
Is a steam shower energy efficient?
Yes, steam showers use only 2 gallons of water per 20-minute session and the generator typically runs on a standard 240V circuit. They are more efficient than traditional baths.
